Synthetic Primer is an air-drying anticorrosive product, specially developed for painting ferrous metal structures. Its main function is to provide anti-corrosion protection, standardizing the surface to receive the final finish. It offers a matte finish and stands out for its quick drying.

Dual Function Synthetic Enamel
Dual Function Synthetic Enamel combines the properties of a primer and a finish in a single product. Containing anticorrosive agents and finishing resin, it presents a semi-gloss and a dry layer thickness greater than common synthetic enamel. It is ideal for paintings that require a dual finishing function, with a drying time of 20 to 30 minutes to the touch, 2 hours to handle and full cure after 48 hours.

Epoxy Primer

Two-component, high-thickness epoxy primer with a high solids content. Low organic volatile VOC content. Product presents excellent anti-corrosion protection on ferrous substrates as long as they are properly prepared

Purpose: Recommended as a base, to later receive the finish in applications of ferrous substrates, machinery in general, including sheets, cast iron and galvanized aluminum.

Dual Function Epoxy

Epoxy paint based on bisphenol cured with polyamides.

Coating recommended for applications where high mechanical and chemical properties are required, as well as excellent adhesion and hardness, with anti-corrosion protection.

 

2k dual function epoxy paint is a specific paint with the characteristics of a base primer, together with a final finishing paint, with its characteristics being anti-corrosive agents and high-performance finishing resin to protect metal.

Epoxy Finish

Two-component epoxy paint, cured with polyamide or polyamine, with a glossy appearance and low thickness, used as a finish on metal structures, water tanks, machines and implements. Used in environments with medium chemical aggressiveness.

Standardized Epoxy - NBR 2628

Epoxy Polyamide paint for carbon steel of metal structures exposed to aggressive environments.

 

Purpose: Maritime, port and polluting environments, equipment in general, exterior of tanks, oil exploration platforms, among others.

Standardized Epoxy – NBR 2630

Two-component polyamide epoxy paint with a high solids content and high thickness, with anti-corrosive zinc phosphate pigmentation.

 

Purpose: Equipment, metallic structures, machines exposed in medium or highly aggressive environments, platforms, chemical steel mills.

Zinc-rich epoxy – NBR 1277

Primer/Double function Two-component polyamide epoxy rich in Zinc. Anti-corrosion protection for carbon steel, through galvanic action.

 

PurposeEquipment, Metallic structures, Machines exposed in medium or highly aggressive environments, Platforms, Chemical steel mills, Naval industries.

Non-Toxic Epoxy

Two-component with excellent chemical resistance. The product meets

ANVISA resolution No. 105 type I, for contact with water for

human consumption.

Purpose: Internal painting of water tanks and reservoirs

Bicomponent PU paints

PU Primer

Two-component polyurethane primer indicated to promote layer adhesion and adhesion on metal surfaces. It has high hiding power and quick drying.

PU Polyester Paint

Polyester polyurethane system. Recommended for painting ferrous metal structures in general and non-ferrous metal structures on a primer or primer suitable for the type of substrate, exposed to weathering with medium physical-chemical aggressiveness. It has good color and shine retention.

Acrylic PU Paint

For finishing metallic, plastic and fiberglass substrates over suitable primer. Composes high chemical resistance painting systems. It is recommended for original painting of bus bodies, implements, agricultural machinery and metal structures exposed to weathering with high physical-chemical aggressiveness. It has excellent color and shine retention.

High Temperature Paints

TMS-9B015 Developed to resist temperatures of up to 400°C, this paint is perfect for applications that require moderate but constant thermal protection.

TMS-9B013 With the ability to withstand intense heat of up to 600°C, this paint is ideal for situations where the temperature level is extremely high.
